How is the walk safety score calculated?
It's a 1-5 score based on your dog's profile โ body size, whether they're brachycephalic (short-nosed), coat type, age group, and heart or respiratory conditions โ combined with real-time feels-like temperature and rain probability. Brachycephalic or heavy-coated dogs score higher risk on hot days; short-coated or cold-sensitive dogs score higher risk on cold days. Designed with heatstroke-prevention guidelines for dogs in mind.
